Also, we can implement our on-line (laser guided) floorplans that can be e-mailed to prospective buyers. We also allow for  pre-inspections by certified Home Inspectors (to lessen the need for buyers and tradespeople to visit properties). We currently have access to amazing and top-of-the-line Aerial & Drone Footage.
