As a fully licensed real estate professional, I have successfully completed a multitude of in-depth real estate courses in order to obtain the necessary requirements to trade in real estate in the Province of Ontario. Because trading in real estate is my true passion, I am keeping current with industry standards by taking continuing education courses designed to further enhance my skillsets as a Sales Representative.

These courses range anywhere from Property Law, to the Commercial real estate transaction, to Appraisal Fundamentals, to Mortgage Financing options, etc. That being said, as a Sales Representative I do have access to the Canada-wide (Multiple Listing System) MLS, while also belonging to two distinct Real Estate boards in Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB) & the Oakville & Milton Real Estate Board (OMDREB). Being on these two distinct boards provides me with sweeping privileges when researching various properties across the GTA. For example, I am able to send you automatic notifications relating to the status of a particular listing or (more importantly) instantaneously send you a new listing alert the very second it comes to market based on criteria of your choosing, that way you are able to stay current and up-to-date in your search for a new property.

Also, my strong background in the Canadian financial marketplace as a certified mortgage professional with an AMP designation has greatly assisted me in seeking out the best possible financing terms & conditions to secure a particular Real Estate transaction. Furthermore, I have amassed a network of trusted business professionals such as lawyers, home inspectors, appraisers, institutional and/or private lenders, stagers, property managers, etc. that I have worked with over the years to assist my clients on every level possible to close on their purchase or sale. In this business, my desire is to be the best Sales Representative out there and I need you to be happy, to get me there!
